Homemade Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Serves: 2 cups
- 1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill white rice flour
- 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill potato starch
- 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill tapioca starch
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- In a large bowl combine the flour, starches and xanthan gum.
- Be sure to thoroughly mix to make sure its all blended.
- Transfer to your container, or use right away.
