Homemade Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill white rice flour
  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill potato starch
  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine the flour, starches and xanthan gum.
  2. Be sure to thoroughly mix to make sure its all blended.
  3. Transfer to your container, or use right away.
