Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups strawberries - pureed
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice - about 6 lemons
  • 3 1/2 cups cold water
  1. In a small saucepan over low-medium heat combine your sugar and water and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Puree the strawberries in a blender or a food processor until no large pieces are left.
  3. Let the water and sugar mixture cool down - you can speed this up by placing it in the fridge if you'd like.
  4. Add the pureed strawberries into the cooled sugar mixture.
  5. Pour into your glass pitcher and add your cold water.
  6. Enjoy with ice.
