Cinnamon Sugar Chex Mix

Serves: 5 cups
  • 5 cups Chex Cereal - I used the Rice version
  • 1/4 cup butter - melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Melt you butter in your saucepan over low heat.
  2. While your butter is melting, use a small bowl to combine the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Measure out your Chex Cereal in your large bowl.
  4. Once your butter is melted, pour over your cereal and make sure its evenly coated.
  5. Pour half the cinnamon sugar over the cereal, stirring to evenly distribute.
  6. Pout the second half over the cereal and stir until the cereal is coated in the cinnamon sugar.
  7. Pour out on your parchment paper for 30 mins to set.
  8. Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
